Happy birthday to one of my best friends, Vanessa Carr! This post will contain some of my fave moments throughout our friendship.

• Let’s just start off with the fact that we’ve always liked or thought the same guy was a cutie at the same time and did nothing about it. 
• That time when we watched The Eye for Marlon’s birthday and something scary popped out of nowhere and we got scared and bumped heads.
• When we used to have chatrooms with Mik-Mik and discuss “algebra problems.”
• CI 2009. Nope. Let’s not talk about that. Ever. This isn’t even a fave moment.
• When you called me to see if I was watching the London premiere of the final Harry Potter movie and my mom was trying to show me this ugly dress while you were crying during their speeches. 
• When you kicked Jeff in the head during our dance routine for Pasasalamat in 2007. 
• When everyone was giving us weird looks at the CI staff sleepover last July because they didn’t understand what why we were laughing. 
• The many times we match unintentionally,
• THE FACT THAT YOU BOUGHT THE SAME JACKET AS ME.
• That one night you, Erin, and I were all working on papers and ended up distracting each by talking on three different social networking sites.
• When we somehow started liking One Direction at the same time without telling each other about them.
• WHEN WE SAW ONE DIRECTION IN CONCERT (and also a corgi running :3).
• When you, Erin, and I couldn’t stop laughing during White Elephant. I don’t even know why we were laughing.
• Oh god. That time when we clogged everyone’s dashboards with questions we would ask each other on here. That was a great night. 
• When we made up our super awesome handshake.
• That time you got at all them ad-libs during praise band practice. That was some quality stuff, man.

I can’t think of anymore right now, but there are obviously a lot more memories. Happy birthday again, El Tigre/joshluvr1/VnCrAlx/SCU soccer mom/neyney1994/El Presidente of POWER!!!!! See you later today when we get sushi! 

• The first time I went to CI with you and you really didn’t like my dry hair
• During that lock-in when you, Marielle, Joy and I were lying in our sleeping bags and having a heart-to-heart. We all cried except for you.
• When the gorilla saw right through your soul at the zoo and you cried
• Your pervy chatroulette position when we tinychat
• When you tie your jacket around your waist because you are feeling hot
• Your 2013 New Year’s Resolution: to get a bf 
• Your excellent brows. Such natural talent
• Everything unnecessary (but hilarious) that you say. We don’t force you to say it, you just do so randomly

EDIT: I have some more of Vanessa’s shining moments

• When you tilted and shook your head, pointing at the large sized Verde cup, as if in disappointment. Still not sure if it was too big or too small for your liking. We’ll never know
• When you randomly give someone a compliment; ex: “you have pecs of steel”
• How Marielle’s mom told her to dress more like you. 

OH MY GOD. THE LAST ONE. My mom is weird y’all. 

• All the times you said “hi” to every black girl that passed by freshmen lane in high school. 
• “Harry, you cunt!”
• When Frankie gave you a lap dance after our failed attempt to do an activity that shall never be brought up ever again. It was both awkward and hilarious. 
• Whenever you take pics for people because you’re a photographer (hit her up if you need to get pictures taken!)
• When Erin and I went to your cousins cotillion and we were just talking outside.
• When you saw your cousin Nathan for the first time in a really long time and you almost started crying.
• When all the girls’ periods synced up at Cone.
